   Stay in our native style bamboo bungalows in Khao Sok
            or exciting tree house bungalows, all in a natural jungle
                     setting. We’re close to the Sok River and only about 5
                                  minutes from the fantastic Khao Sok National Park.

Being only a 5 minute walk from Khao Sok National Park, and close to the river we often see monkeys appearing from the surrounding jungle.

Khao Sok National Park
is one of the last tropical rain forest jungles in Thailand and is home to a variety of plant species and wildlife. Chiao Lan Lake is a large reservoir within the park and provides fresh water and fishing for many local villages.

Khao Sok National Park
is situated at KM 109 on the main highway west of Suratthani between Phuket or Ranong. The park itself covers a massive area of 738 sq. km with many rugged limestone mountain crags scattered throughout, forming a very special landscape only seen in this part of Thailand. Rivers wind around the cliffs and many caves provide natural habitats for bats, monkeys and birds.

The Rafflesia is known to be the largest flower
in the world and is also found in Khao Sok National Park
and casually reached from Jungle Huts. In Khao Sok it is possible
to see wild elephants, gibbons, monkeys, tapirs and snakes, Asian bears and a huge variety of insects. Khao Sok is said to be one of the last remaining habitats of the Asian tiger.

Khao Sok can be quite wet, especially in the rainy season, but we provide
you with a dry and comfortable place to stay no matter what time of the year you visit.

When staying with us at Khao Sok Jungle Huts it is possible to explore the area by yourself or we can organize a range of activities, including canoeing, river tubing, elephant trekking, camping in the jungle, and a jungle flower tour. Make the highlight of your visit the Lake Tour, which you can make for one or two days.
